Anchor Hocking Depression glass in Uranium Green ribbed pattern. Note diagonal flat space for label. Produced during the 1930's. Screw off lid.

This canister is in excellent condition. The green paint on the lid has been scraped from the top around the edges but there is no rust. No dents in the lid. This item is very heavy and the postage reflects this.

Size: 8" tall and 6 1/2" each side with a rim opening of 5" diameter

64 ounce capacity

You can see this in Gene Florence's Kitchen Glassware of the Depression Years (6th edition) on page 83. He states that the once plentiful supply of Hocking glass is a thing of the past.

The current shipping cost for this item is sent by USPS and does not include tracking or insurance and will not be covered if lost in the mail. If you would like coverage please send me a message before you buy to request expedited shipping and I will adjust the shipping cost..

I am happy to ship to other countries if you give me the location so that I can calculate postage.
