This red and orange spinnaker sail tore in high winds during a North Atlantic crossing. It would have been destined for the landfill, but its captain generously donated it. It has been saved and turned into a medium sized, lined tote bag that fits comfortably close when worn under the shoulder.

This super sturdy tote will make a great day bag or will be perfect for picking up a few things at the market! It is a classic tote bag with one large opening and a flat pocket on each side. The flat pockets and body of the bag are made from a red and orange spinnaker sail and features the zig zag seam from the original sail on one side and the original luff of the sail on the other.

This bag has a spinnaker sail exterior and is lined with strong headsail cloth. New synthetic webbing in reddish orange acts as sturdy handles.

Bag measures approximately:
Width: 13"
Depth: 6.5"
Height: 12"
Handle height: 14"
