We love this vintage wedding rings set weighing a substantial 4.3 grams of 14K white gold. We've had it crisply refinished with a high polish and freshly rhodium plating and it looks fantastic. The pictures on this one don't come close to capturing the beauty of the piece, and particularly the brilliance of the center stone. The center diamond is superb, a European cut/transitional cut stone with a modern appeal and open culet. It shines like crazy, just a beautiful stone and beautifully cut. It measures 4.5 mm in diameter and weighs approximately 0.32 carats. It's graded H-I color, VS2 clarity, a high grade stone. In the illusion head are four tiny single cut diamonds measuring 1.0 mm, giving the face a big and bright flash fire appeal. Two stones accent the head and there are five additional single cuts in the wedding band. The accents are super nice with excellent fire. The combined weight of the small single cuts is approximately 0.12 carats, giving the piece a total approximate weight of 0.44 carats. The engagement ring head measures 6.6 mm, diamond span is 13.5 mm, and the elevation is 6.9 mm. The bottom of the shank measures 1.2 mm. The face of the wedding ring measures 13.5 x 4.1 mm, elevation is 3.6 mm, and the bottom of the shank measures 1.3 mm. The set is fitted for a size 6.25 finger and is sizable.
