Vintage Oval Serving Bowl by Taylor Smith Taylor in the Moss Rose pattern, I think. I don't have a book on Taylor Smith Taylor china patterns, but I have looked at a lot of pictures, and Moss Rose is the closest pattern to this bowl that I can find. In any case, it's a sweet oval bowl with cottage roses and a gold rim that's about 10-11 inches in good vintage condition without chips, but there is a lot of crazing which gives it an antique patina. It would look great in any room with a shabby chic decor or a great addition to an eclectic rose pattern dish collection. You could use it as a gift bag to hold rose soaps and candles as a thoughtful Christmas present or hostess gift. Just wrap it in tulle and tie it with a bow! Who doesn't love roses?
