You can be personalized, and customize them as well! Each order will consist of ONE LETTER.
Chose (1) Color and (1) Foil
Flower options with TWO colors mean that the flowers can be Blue/Turquoise/both. It's not fully Blue, not fully Tuqiorse. The colors may looks more like one color than the other or be similar to the color options.Keychains may or may not have a leaf.
Each product is made to order! You can use these keychains for various things such as on your keys, your backpacks, bags, clothes, as a gift, tie to a basket, or present. There are endless ways you can use these keychains!
The processing time can take between 1-2 weeks currently a due influx of orders
No two items will be exactly the same as each item is made to order and they're Handmade.

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Order processing times may be delayed by a few days during holidays, launches, limited-edition releases, or other times when we’re experiencing a high volume of orders,
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If your order’s shipment is delayed significantly, we will contact you via email to notify you.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
After you’ve placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. At this stage, please allow time for order processing.
You will then receive a shipment confirmation email notification once your order has shipped. The shipping confirmation email will contain your order tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for this tracking number to become active.
Once items have been dropped off/ Shipped from USPS, it is no longer Naly Officials' responsibility and liable for package.
Damages, Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
If you don’t receive your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us!
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible. Please include your order number, details of the damage, and a photo of the item’s condition.
We address damages on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, as they may be needed to contact the shipping carrier and make a claim.
