Vintage 80s dress in deep navy for party or work. Retro 40s style. By designer Cynthia Howie. Black grosgrain ribbon trim on sleeves with bow at wrist. Scoop neck, double pleats on bodice, princess seams on wide waist band, dropped gathered narrow lined skirt with back vent, shoulder pads (easily removed). Back zipper with hook and eye closure. This dress drapes beautifully and really flatters the body. Great dress for travel, does not wrinkle. (It was difficult to photograph the actual color of the dress, but it is a very dark navy.)
