These handmade slippers are modeled after the ones worn by the famed Turkish Whirling Dervishes, and are based on historic designs.
Individually made to your specifications by traditional Turkish artisans in Istanbul.
With the onslaught of mass production, the construction of these slippers is a dying art, but as a group of Turkish Artists we are promoting and supporting traditional Art, we are making them available here in the interest of ensuring the continuation of the tradition of highest quality workmanship.

With an exterior constructed entirely of very soft calfskin leather and an interior cotton lining, the slipper molds to the wearer's foot, providing comfort and protection.
The soft leather sole is designed for indoor use only. Our Slippers are lightweight elegant Unisex design for everyone .

Because these slippers are individually made, we are able to offer various color and size options.
If we have your size and color choices ready to ship we can mail them within three days..
Otherwise we will have them individually made for you in our Istanbul workshop, which will take 7 to 10 days before shipping.
