Each artwork is freshly made for you once your order is placed. As each piece is printed on demand, please allow up to 5 business days for us to make your beautiful artwork. We currently ship our prints (unframed + framed) to the following countries: Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, UK, Israel, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore & Japan. Please note once a parcel is handed over to one of our delivery partners, service delays that sometimes occur are out of our control. This can happen during peak periods. All prints are mailed safely & securely with tracking, by either Australia post or courier service. Art Paper / A4 size– Posted in rigid cardboard mailers. Art Paper / Larger sizes – Posted rolled up, in thick cardboard mailing tubes. Ready to Hang - Packed securely in thick cardboard cartons. Sent via courier, as these cannot be sent to a PO Box. A physical address is required as they cannot fit into a PO Box or similar. Please ensure someone is at this address during business hours to sign for the package. Consider using a business / office address for this purpose.

DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS OR PRIORITY?

We do offer Domestic Express Post, however please keep in mind all prints take up to 5 business days for production as they are custom made to order. If you select Express this means the transit time will be quicker once the print is made & shipped. Australia Post have suspended the next business day guarantee on Express post, so please keep this in mind.

RESOLUTION, COLOUR & CARE

We provide close up views so you can see the resolution easily. Our prints are commercially printed to replicate texture, colour & vibrancy. We frequently use paint, sketch, & watercolours effects, some of these are not meant to have photographic clarity. Please view all photos carefully before purchase. Prints may have slight colour variation, when compared to images viewed on a bright computer monitor / tablet / smartphone. We strive to ensure all images are displayed correctly and true to colour. We cannot account for variations on different electronic displays, as screen brightness & colour will differ. Prints are designed for an indoor environment, out of direct sunlight & out of reach of pets, children, dirt, water & moisture.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

As our prints are made to order, we don't offer refunds or exchanges unless they arrive with faults. We don't offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully & measure twice prior to placing an order. Rarely items may arrive with transit damage. We will work with you to resolve any such issues. This could involve different methods. If the damage is too great to resolve we replace the item. We cannot take responsibility for damage caused by how the mail is opened once arrived, by the mailbox, property or pets. Example: dogs may find the postal tubes delicious! We're not responsible for lost, returned, stolen mail, incorrect address, failing to pickup mail, or failing to have someone present to sign for mail.

Please contact us within 48 hours if there is transit damage on arrival. Attach photographs so we can follow up. We will need clear high resolution photographs of the item as below: 1. Address label on carton 2. Front views -- the front of carton + front of item next to each other 3. Back views -- the back of carton + back of item next to each other 4. Close up photos of the damage, front and back. 5. The inner packaging it came with, can be placed on top of the item to take the photo. Please note we cannot help further if no photos are sent to us, or refusal to send photos for further investigation. Depending on the situation we may ask for the item to be returned before we go further. We will communicate with you in a timely manner.

MAIL FORWARDING AGENTS / COMPANIES POLICY

As we don't ship to all countries, some customers may use a mail forwarding company in a country we do ship to - to act as their agent & forward goods onto them. In the past some goods handled by agents arrived damaged to customers. As we don't know if our couriers or these agents were responsible for damages, we cannot compensate for any loss or damage potentially caused by a 3rd party forwarding agent. These agents SHOULD inspect goods on arrival (eg opening packaging to determine if goods arrived safely), offer insurance against damage of goods which they handle (if goods arrived to them safely & then arrive at destination damaged for example). Choose your forwarding agent carefully to ensure they will cover you if something goes wrong.

CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES

Customers are responsible for all customs duties or other fees associated with international shipping, if applicable. Unfortunately we are unable to give an indication on what these charges may be, as these are governed by each country's government or local officials, and not by Print and Proper. If not paid, customs may destroy the item and we cannot compensate for this situation, as it is out of our control.

We use centimetres to measure our prints, however we have included a handy infographic in the listing (towards the last photos) so you can see both inches and centimeters conversion and how it looks to scale on a wall. Please note inches and cms are different forms of measurement so please read the infographic carefully, and reach out if you have further questions before purchase.

𝘼𝙧𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙥𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙨 𝙝𝙞𝙜𝙝 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙤𝙡𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣?
Yes we print at very high resolution. Unlike a lot of print stores - we provide close up photos for each artwork, so you can see the resolution easily before purchase. Please keep in mind at some larger sizes it's not possible to obtain photographic clarity using current camera technology. This is true for all poster stores, not just us! Please carefully view all product photos to ensure you are happy with the zoomed in details before purchase. All our prints are commercially printed to replicate the texture, colour & vibrancy of each unique artwork. We frequently use paint, sketch, and watercolours through our art, and some of these are not meant to have photographic clarity. Larger prints are best viewed from a distance. Only when viewing close up may it be noticeable. If unsure, please ask us for some close-ups at your size before purchase.

𝙃𝙤𝙬 𝙙𝙤 𝙄 𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙢𝙮 𝙥𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙩?
Our prints are designed for an indoor environment, out of direct sunlight and away from pets, children, dirt, water & moisture. Like all prints they will fade and / or wear if displayed outdoors or in an area where they may be subject to damage or high traffic. Please note all ink fades when exposed to UV light / sunlight over extended periods of time (including our anti-fade inks) no matter where they are purchased from. To help slow this down, UV protection can help (just like sunblock for the skin!) Clear sealers are perfect: like Krylon Clear UV resistant spray in matte. Better yet - order your print in one of our framed which already has UV protection in the plexi-glass!

𝙒𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙢𝙮 𝙥𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙩 𝙡𝙤𝙤𝙠 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙖𝙢𝙚 𝙖𝙨 𝙨𝙝𝙤𝙬𝙣 𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚?
Real life printed images may have slight colour variation, when compared to images viewed on a computer monitor, tablet or smartphone depending on the resolution / settings on the device. We strive to ensure all images are displayed correctly in our store and true to colour, however we cannot account for subtle variations on different electronic displays, as each screen will differ.

Don't forget that pictures viewed on a bright electronic screen are different to printed photos or images, as these are not illuminated. An easy trick is to adjust the brightness of your screen so you can see closer to what it will look like in real life. To do this, open a blank word doc or google sheet to view a large white area on your screen. Then, make the white area the same brightness as a white piece of A4 or letter paper while holding it next to the screen. This will give you a rough idea of what it will look like in real life.

𝙃𝙤𝙬 𝙙𝙤 𝙄 𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙢𝙮 𝙥𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙩?
There are many ways to hang prints depending on factors like how big the print is, and what sort of wall you might have.

While we may provide tips and tricks to help you decide what might be a good method in your situation - however we are not hanging or mounting specialists in the trade industry. We aren't responsible for hanging up or installation of prints or other products.

We recommend consulting a professional mounting specialist to hang, install or mount your print in a safe and secure manner. If you are using third party materials to hang, install or mount your print (eg, 3M strips), please ensure you follow the manufacturer's guidelines for these materials listed on the pack or website carefully, to minimise risk of the materials failing. Please contact the manufacturer of these materials before hanging or mounting wall art if you are missing these instructions

𝘼𝙧𝙚 𝙥𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙨 𝙬𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙤𝙛?
None of our prints are waterproof or water resistant. Please keep them all away from all forms moisture to ensure they live long & happy lives :)

𝘿𝙤 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙪𝙨𝙚 𝙜𝙡𝙖𝙨𝙨 𝙤𝙧 𝙖𝙘𝙧𝙮𝙡𝙞𝙘?
We use crystal clear acrylic plexi-glass faces for most of our framed prints. Why? Acrylic plexi-glass is stronger, clearer, safer (and more expensive!) than real glass. While they are not shatter-proof they are much less likely to break during transit. If we need to use real glass in your print - as with all our prints - we ship them safely and securely in layered specially made rigid cardboard boxes to help mitigate any transit bumps!
