•••ITEM DESCRIPTIONS•••

All items are handmade by me and not made internationally and resold. I use neon fluorescent poster board in pink, green, yellow, orange, and white for all of the decor.

Garlands:
Made from 2" and 1" circles sewn together into six-foot lengths. The set includes five (5) individual 6-foot strands.

Cake Topper:
Reads HAPPY BIRTHDAY in two lines. Each letter is approximately 2" high. All together, HAPPY BIRTHDAY, as shown measures about 9" wide and 5" tall (7.5" tall with the sticks). There are two lollipop sticks firmly attached that insert directly into the cake.

Banner:
Reads HAPPY BIRTHDAY in two lines. Each letter has a neon polka dot. Banner is strung with white or black satin ribbon (depending on color availability). Each letter is 3.5" high

Medallions:
One set of eight (8) paper rosette medallions already assembled. Ribbon is included for hanging from the ceiling or against a wall. Set comes with
