Plan your meals daily using the Meal Planning Matrix and log your food in the Food Log. At the end of the week, complete your Journaling Assignment, then check in with yourself to evaluate how you did. Focus on what you did well, what you got right, and don’t beat yourself up about anything you didn’t get perfect. Perfection takes practice. Keep practicing, keep getting better. That’s all that matters! Success is about getting in those reps, and this Planner will help keep you accountable.
Another note about the Possible Planner - it’s digital! This means you can duplicate or delete pages as needed (for example, you may choose to use a food logging app like MyFitnessPal or Noom instead of the pages included in the planner). You can even download the Planner into an app like GoodNotes, which will enable you to write on the pages using a tablet (like an iPad) and stylus.
