This dress is turning 100 years old soon. It is made of white cotton lawn, unlined, back closure with 5/8" mother-of-pearl buttons. Machine embroidery, openwork embroidery and lace as trim. No stays or piping noted. Seams are finished with French seams. Sleeves are fitted and unlined. Skirt is sewn to bodice, trimmed with self-fabric at bottom. Waist 23", circumference of skirt 72". This dress has no condition issues and you can see why the undergarments are needed. LOL. But, the collar seems to have some areas that are unwravelling as you can see in photo 2 and 3.
