Custom and personalized orders

Our personalized ornaments are not computer generated. We hand personalized every ornament to give you that personal touch.

Most of our ornaments are 3" x 4" in size and come with a ribbon for hanging.

I received my order, but it was broken or misspelled.

Unfortunately accidents happen and mistakes are made. If we made the mistake or the ornament arrived damage, please take a picture and contact us asap. After viewing the photo, we will ship you another ornament asap. If that ornament is out of stock, I will contact you. It is a possibility that we will send you a shipping label to send back the damaged or misspelled order. If you made a mistake in your personalization, we're happy to make additions or changes as long as you ship the ornament back to us and cover the return shipping.

PLEASE let me know ASAP, if you have multiple orders, that need shipped together. Give us the order numbers and we would be happy to save you money!

We strive to ship quickly. All orders are shipped in the order we receive. November through December is our busy time! We will do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible. If for some reason you need your order rushed...do not leave the request in your order notes! You MUST message me. By the time I see the request in the notes, it is too late. If I receive a message...we will do our best! If we receive too many orders and feel we are not keeping up, we put the shop on "Vacation Mode". This will give us a chance to get caught up on orders, and to ensure you receive your ornament in time for Christmas. We will open back up when we are caught up.

Tracking show delivery, but have not received

During the Christmas season the USPS tracking site is not always up to date and accurate. If your package shows delivered and you do not have it, please wait a couple of days and then contact your local post office. Many times it will be delivered in the next couple of days or was delivered to a neighbor.

We use specialized pens to personalize our ornaments. They are permanent and will not rub off due to normal touching. However, the ink does react with products like... nail polish remover, hand sanitizer, hair spray etc. Please refrain from touching after using those products.

2. In addition to your personalization name and year, If you want your ornament to have the same personalization "quotes and sayings" as our examples, PLEASE let us know!

For example: On your family ornaments. If you want your message to say Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, Our Family, The Smith Family etc. or any other special message, you must let us know in your personalization info.

3. To ensure quicker shipping...PLEASE ADD PHONE NUMBER or CHECK MESSAGES OFTEN, so we can contact you quickly with any questions. If we are not clear on your personalization request and do not hear back within 72 hours, we will use our best judgement.
