These 3 rocks are sandy, almost furry, and in fine mottled shades of orange, russet, off-white. They are an attractive iron oxide spotted quartz sandstone known as "zebra sandstone". They were dug up in Alma Center in Wisconsin, in Jackson County. They're between 1 1/2 and 1 7/8 inches long and 3/4 and 1 1/4 inch wide. 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.
An unusual gift for a rock collector or for yourself.
