½” scale Crockett House Victorian Style Dollhouse Kit, crafted from laser-cut 1/8” Baltic birch plywood

Modeled after a historic home in Chula Vista, Ca, this Victorian, named for the builder, a native of Abbott, Maine was built in 1893. Crockett, a carpenter who probably built this house for his family, was also responsible for building the first church in the community. The house still stands today, on a new location, and remodeled several times, it remains an example of Victorian style orchard homes prominent in the area in the late 1800's.

Kit is ½" scale (1/24th) and stands 12" high, 17" wide and 15 1/2" deep with two floors and four large rooms.

Downstairs Roof = 4"
Upstairs Roof = Lowest 3 1/2" Max 6 1/2" Peak

Rooms:
Room 1 (Bay Window) : 7 3/4" x 12" plus bay window
Room 2 (Front Door) : 8" x 9" minus stairs, plus bay window
Room 3 (Upstairs Landing) : 8" x 9" minus stairs
Room 4 (Upstairs Dormer) : 7 3/4" x 12"

Size: 17" Wide x 12" Tall x 15 1/2" Deep
