It takes me 1-5 business days to process your order. For most items, I laser-cut the pieces and add the keychain to-order.

For U.S. orders: Shipping takes 2-5 business days through USPS First Class. May take longer due to inclement weather, transit issues, or delivery issues (i.e. couldn't deliver to your door on a weekend)

For International orders: Varies by country. Here are some estimates from previous customers:
Canada = 5-7 business days
U.K. = 7 business days

Acrylic is a fairly durable material, so no special care is needed.
- Waterproof
- Minor scratches are part of wear-and-tear
- The etched design will still stand out even with scratches

If you want to extend the lifetime of your keychain, follow these tips:

- Do not scratch or rub abrasives across it
- Do not bend it, i.e. by sitting with your keychains in your pocket
- If the keychain breaks, grab a new keychain (craft store, from another keychain) and use pliers to fasten it

Sometimes I can change the address before I create the shipping label and send out your package. However, due to the inability to change the address on the invoice and the volume of orders I receive, it is much better if you can re-order with the correct address and cancel the other order. I am not responsible for your address errors and will try to accommodate address change requests, but the change is not guaranteed due to the nature of the Etsy shipping interface.

These shipped late due to the holiday surge, but the product did arrive in very good condition. The colors are so vibrant, and the coasters feel like a solid material.
