Astoria market bag
Digital file type(s): 2 PDF
My aim was to create a somewhat chic and stylish market bag. Slouchy doesn't necessarily have to mean sleazy, if you know what I mean. Anyway, I think I did a pretty good job.
The bag has a solid bottom, which I love, because it keeps things from falling through and this way it does not need a lining.
After the bottom you'll start making the mesh which comes with an extra round of single crochets and chains to give it a more sophisticated look. So simple, but so elegant!

Her bag patterns are the cutest and patterns are easy to understand.
This pattern was very easy to follow and the bag turned out so cute! Hoping to catch the tail end of farmers market season 🤞
super fun pattern and works up quickly. I made 3 for my grandmother's birthday and she loved them!
Instructions easy to follow and the bag turned out great! I used a yard that was pre-dyed to make a rainbow, which saved me from changing colors.
