This is a beautiful Victorian walking stick by Jonathan Howell. It is in Japanese bamboo and it has a sterling silver handle. The graduated steps of the natural bamboo is such a great compliment to the design...

This fine walking stick is fully hallmarked for Birmingham, England and JH for Jonathan Howell. It has JH, an anchor, a lion and a g. The anchor represents Birmingham, the lion represents the .925 silver and the g represents the time 1906. The handle is engraved with the initials JH in a wonderful cursive writing...The tip is also in sterling silver!

Jonathan Howell who was well known for his fine Walking Sticks and Parasol's and this piece is just beautiful! In excellent condition! Do inquire for more detailed pics of the engraving and hallmarks as well...
