I bought XL and it's pretty baggy on me. I'm 5'9" 170 lbs. I think a L would have been fine but it's always hard to tell with online onsie purchases! Anyway I wear this all the time and feel very cozy. The bagginess might be a good thing to help me relax, because I don't feel like I can do house chores in it, gotta sit on couch! Haha. And it's perfect after a shower or bath because of the terry material; it dries and breathes easily. I love the long cuffs, pockets, and full hood zip just for fun/subtly letting others know you're not feeling chatty ;)
