I measured the inside of my Town Tote bag. The measurements I gave for inside the bag were 6” deep x 12”. Wide. When the insert arrived, it was 4” deep x 12”wide. While the 12” across is perfect for the size of the bag, the width is about 1.5 to 2” short. Making the insert a bit narrow and shallow. The height is only 6” long making it a bit short. However, it is a sturdy product. I highly recommend, but be sure to get the right size. I love the space for my laptop and keys. Works well. However, I wish it was about two inches 2 or 3 inches taller, and about 1.5 inches deeper.

The first liner I received didn’t fit quite right but the quality was great! I messaged the seller and she quickly made an additional liner and shipped it at no cost (even though I offered to pay for the shipping). I would definitely recommend this seller.
