Paul McCobb rare Wire Frame Stationary Holder:

A very rare (the only one I've ever seen) desktop paper and letter holder designed by Paul McCobb. This piece dates from the early 1950's and has the signature finger cut-outs on the two drawers. This is a great item for the collector and is also very useful in the home office. It has a super modernist, geometric look thanks to the unique metal frame.

Measurements: Exterior = 10 1/2" wide x 13 1/4" deep and 16 1/8" tall
Drawer interior = 8 3/4" wide by 12" long (perfect for standard 8.5 x 11" paper)

Condition: Good vintage condition with chipping black paint on the iron frame. No chips or cracks to the wooden surfaces and no breaks in the welding. There are two tiny holes drilled through the bottom of the frame, one on each side towards the middle. These must be meant to secure the unit to a desktop if you desire. These appear to be original to the piece and are hardly noticeable.
