Vintage Folk Art Hand Carved Nautical Plaque- This is a wonderful Vintage Wood Carving Plaque of a Historical Slave Ship, Dos Amigos. The boat is hand carved and applied. This piece has many great details, which give this piece the look of an antique Merchants Trade Sign. The carving is dated and signed by Chad, 1979. There are 2 nautical knots on each corner, as well as a hand painted sign, Topsail Schooner, Built in Baltimore Md. 1882. This is just a great piece for the den, or Man Cave. Handsome and beefy, this is no light weight sign and definitely a focal point. This piece is in excellent condition.

Piece measures 30" x 12" on 1" thick stock.
