-Custom orders come with 1 proof upon request. If you need more then one proof, you will have to purchase the "Extra proof" listing for each additional image you need edited.

-Top part of the phone grip is detachable. That means you can swap your top to another design! Keep in mind the 3M brand is only compatible with another 3M phone grip. That goes for the popsocket brand as well.

-The difference between the 3M brand and the popsocket brand, is the way the tops detatch. To remove the top for the 3M brand, pinch the base until the prongs come out of their slots. To remove the top for the popsocket brand, push flat down and turn counter clockwise.

-Top pieces are made just big enough to cover the base it’s attached to. If you have questions on sizing, please feel free to send me a message.

-Phone grips do not adhere well to soft silicone or textured phone cases. Please keep that in mind when purchasing.

-If your popsocket top keeps “falling off”, that means it’s not locked into place. To lock the top, push down flat and turn clockwise until you hear a “click”. Here is a link to a video tutorial on how to do this: https://youtu.be/gTrqZ9tE3-o

-Make sure your address is current and correct before purchasing. If you live in an apartment, please include apartment number.

-If your order is returned to sender due to incorrect address, you will be responsible for re paying delivery fee.

-Current processing time is 2 weeks. That means your order will be shipped 2 weeks from purchasing. If you need your order sooner, you will have to purchase the “Rush my order” listing as well.

-After the 2 week processing time, shipping will be the following:
