The top of this small wood side table is made up of triangles of colored glass. Each piece is backed with foil to give texture and enhance the color. Each turned wood leg ends in a pad foot.

The images of the table next to the sofa and with vases give you a sense of scale.

Measures 15 ¼ inches high, 16 inches square. Unmarked, but the colors used have that earthy, 1970-ish feel to them.

The largest brown piece of glass is cracked in two places--the cracks are tight and stable, and difficult to see because of the dark color--and there are a couple other short cracks in other pieces. One of the legs appears to have pulled out of the particle board on the underside as there are cracks near it, but the leg is in place and seems stable.
