EEUU: Items are shipped by Small Packet Air with no insurance. Expected delivery is 7-20 business days (please remember Canada Post does not run on the weekends). Once the item leaves Canada cannot be tracked. If you prefer better shipment, please tell me, I will give you the price.
Canada: Items are shipped by Standard Parcel. Expected delivery is 7-10 business days. If you prefer better shipment, please tell me, I will give you the price.
Other countries: Regular shipping by ship (without insurance nor tracking number), expected delivery: 6 to 8 weeks. If you prefer better shipping, (by plane)(faster, with tracking number and insurance), please tell me, I’ll give you the price.
Please note that buyers are responsible for all taxes, duties and custom charges. We are not responsible for losses or damages caused for postal services. Items are carefully wrapped with cardboard, plastic and paper.

Returns and exchanges:

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your art piece, I will accept returns of the items in original condition and wrapping, in 14 business days and refund purchase price. Shipping cost is not refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
