"The Advance - Most quite lightest running machine on Earth"!

This 130 year old instruction manual is for the Silent and Light Running Advance Sewing Machine manufactured by Davis Sewing Machine Co. It's an interesting piece of history! Add this manual to your collection, or turn it into something new!

The illustrations in the manual are very detailed and would be great to use in paper projects.

This antique instruction manual is in good condition - especially since it is over 130 years old! The pages are all still stapled inside the covers. The pages have edge wear, some curling, and small tears. The paper is fragile and some of the pages have tears in them. The back cover has a piece torn off it (but the piece is still in the manual - as shown in the last photo). The inside page says "Directions for using the Silent and Light Running Advance Sewing Machine" by Davis Sewing Machine Co., Chicago Illinois.
