This antique lotto game was made by the McLoughlin Brothers of New York at the turn of the cdentury, probably in the 1890s. The wood frame box is in rough shape in that the bottom is coming loose . There is a water stain on the top and wear along the edges. The 24 cards inside are in wonderful condition though. They are nice and big , about 8" x 4.5" They are the classic green and ivory. There are some stains here and there, but that just ads to their vintage appeal. The numbers are nice nad chunky with a yellowish tint. I like how the numbers are debossed into the wood. Numbers 2,3,4,5,20,26, 35 and 60 are missing, but there are still a lot to craft with. There is also a lot of glass square counters typical to lotto games of the period. Those can be used for crafting as well. A very nice piece of turn of the century games from one of the most popular and prolific toymakers of that era.
