This set of embroidery, quilt, and applique designs from the late 1930s (or possibly early 40s; the stamp on the envelope was issued in 1938 and 1939 only) includes two sheets of Numo embroidery transfers and 1 sheet of designs that are to be traced using carbon paper. They provide a diverse range of designs, and I don't know if my images begin to capture these lovely and fun motifs!

Pattern 4600 is a sheet of designs to be traced, and includes the following motifs:
Applique quilt designs (true lovers knot, joseph's coat, diamond field, rocky road to Dublin, Dolly Madison star, Dutch tile, Martha Washington's flower garden, Fanny's fan)
9 animal designs: 1 large cat for cuddle toy; 2 small elephants, 2 small dogs,small cat, small teddy bear, small bunny, and small deer for pocket appliques, crib quilts, robes, bibs, etc.

Pattern 4250 is a Numo embroidery transfer and includes the following elegant and charming motifs:
American beauty rose for luncheon cloths
Text: Breakfast, Lunchtime, Dinnertime
Multiple small floral designs
Mr, Mrs
Chef, platter, tomato, chicken for pot holders
House & birds
small animal motifs (dog, sheep, rabbit,cat)
Sailor boy
2 Dutch girl, 1 Dutch girl & boy

Pattern 4643 is a Numo embroidery transfer and includes the following marvelous motifs:
Multiple floral designs (cosmos, clover, blue bell, rose)
Basket with flowers
Mr, Mrs
His, Hers
Colonial girl
Chef with platter
small girl, toddler
Large pheasant

Patterns are uncut and in original folds, and in excellent condition. Includes original mailing envelope.
