Bought this for a friend as an introduction to cross stitch, and she loved it! The pattern is adorable, and pattern and instructions were well-thought-out. She is hooked now. Only thing I would change: floss is cut in very short lengths, making it hard to do the loop method of doubling one strand (nice to have that option), and requiring a lot of starting and stopping. Longer strands would be helpful. Overall, would totally purchase one of these kits again as a gift.

I have never cross stitched before, so I wanted a kit. This was perfect! And totally my style with all the subversive patterns. The kit has everything a beginner needs. The directions are so helpful. This was an easy one to start with for any beginners out there like me. You can see from my photo I didn’t get everything quite right, but I still like it and had a lot of fun doing it. Basically, I’m in love with this shop and will buy more!
