You are buying a DIGITAL (PDF) crochet pattern and NOT a PAPER PATTERN. Since this regards a digital file, etsy sends the patterns automatically upon settling payment – that means when you pay, the file is immediately delivered to you and you can find it in your purchase section. Due to the nature of the transaction, we consider all sales final. In line with the aforementioned - digital crochet patterns cannot be refunded or changed for other patterns.
ALL my patterns are written in ENGLISH using AMERICAN CROCHET TERMINOLOGY.
