A lovely antique muslin panel containing two Swiss machine embroidered floral motifs from the 1900s. According to the original paper shop label still attached, came from a shop called J. Jacoby-Iklé. This was the London branch of a famous Swiss textile firm, Iklé Frères.

Embroidered motifs like these would have been sewn onto fabric and the fabric underneath cut away so that they could be used as insertions on blouses, dresses or other clothing.

The two motifs would make a wonderful addition to your collection, or use them in a special sewing or craft project. They are in excellent, unused condition.

Dimensions: 32 cm x 11 cm
12 1/2" x 4"

I ship internationally, and am happy to combine shipping.
