"Mastering the Art of French Cooking - Volume Two" by Julia Child and Simone Beck. Copyright 1970. Possibly an unstated First Edition? This classic cookbook measures 9 1/2" x 6 1/2" and has 622 pages. Illustrations by Sidonie Coryn based on photographs by Paul Child, and technical drawings by Paul Child.

Although missing it's dust jacket, the cookbook is in excellent condition with only the most minor rubbing at the edges and top/bottom of spine. Pages are super-clean, it almost looks as if the cookbook was never used.
