If your bridesmaids choose to place their orders separately to different addresses, in that case they need to indicate that they are your bridesmaids, something like WE ARE (Name) bridesmaids. We will make all dresses together from the same dye lot.
Please request the girls to place the orders close in time to each other - hopefully within 1 week, thanks!

Unfortunately we are unable to accept refunds on the following items:
• lingerie (bodysuits, robes, pajamas, bustiers)
• Gift cards or credit (deposit) certificate
• Face masks, as hygiene item
• Final Sale of last items
• Items that have been worn and/or used
• You change your mind
• You find cheaper products elsewhere
• Custom made, personalized, or altered products
• Fabric swatches
• Shipping cost, except of lost on the mail
CUSTOM ORDERS and orders made with individual measurements ARE NOT refundable.
All dresses are hand made once order is received, therefore, everything is considered CUSTOM MADE.

We believe in our products, we are sure, you will not need to cancel order. But, kindly ask to be attentive - we DON’T accept cancellations, we order fabrics right after you make an order and start production very fast - prepare your order, materials and needed accessories for manufacturing. If you want cancel your order, we are ready to offer:
- refund without cost of materials that were purchased for manufacture of order (return of materials back to the store is not possible under the law on the return of fabrics) - 20 % FABRIC STOCK FEE.
- deposit option ( we will create a special certificate for you on full cost of the order, you will be able to use it anytime on any items).

We are working with professional seamstresses patterns and can't guarantee that item will fit you 100% even with your personal measurements, but will do all our best to do that. In the case that in real the item is a larger or something needed to be altered, you can always get it altered by your local bridal seamstress, which is standard practice in the bridal industry for that perfect fit. It might even make the gown feel like new again, in a way :) So we always recommend choosing always the larger size to do alterations if that will be needed.

All parcels goes with tracking, after shipping your order you will receive the shipping notification on your mail, in your ETSY account you can find your order and see the tracking number here, we ask you to do this and keep tracking your parcel, because we have many cases before that the parcels arrive and waiting in post office 30 days, then goes back to us and customers didn’t know about it. So please keep tracking it by yourself on your official city post or write us if you don’t receive your order after standard delivery.

Custom orders, big skirts like Swan, all bridal collection (dresses, lace tops and skirts, all bridal dresses) - 3-5 weeks.
All small easy made items (tulle skirts, silk tops) and such a separates (bridesmaids, flower girls) - 2-3 weeks.
Face masks up to 10 days.
Hair vines up to 10 days.
Pajamas, robes 2-4 weeks.
Swatches up to 5 days.
Sweaters 3-4 weeks.

There is a nuance in silk, crepe chiffon and lace shades. If a color or a pattern goes out of stock, we are looking for similar fabrics in other stores. The "new" fabrics may not match your samples or previous order 100%. We have a lot of orders and fabric stores also sell all over the world, so colors go out of stock fast. The colors and shades are constantly changing depending on the availability and supply. Tulle is often the same, but lace, crepe chiffon and silk (lining of the skirts, waistbands, silk tops, sashes, robes) can go out of stock fast.

If you didn't answer on our order confirmation and didn't give us all needed measurements for sewing your order, after 1 week waiting we will start to sewing standard sizes because we need to ship it in time according to Etsy rules and also avoid shipping delays. Make sure you receive your order confirmation and answer on all our questions about your order. Refund and cancellation don't be accepted in this case after your standard order was shipped.

If a purchased item was not on sale or had smaller discount at the moment of purchase and later a bigger discount was applied to it, the price of the order can not be recalculated and the order can not be cancelled for the reason of the price change.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding / buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
