(Shipping)
We ship out on Monday and Tuesday except Holiday. Same week shipping cut-off for new order is Monday at 2pm Pacific time. All orders received after Monday 2pm will be shipped following Monday. There is exception: We ship almost every day on Christmas, Mother’s day, and Valentine days season.

If you place emergency order after our cut off time, Please message us. We might able to ship same day or next day with or without rush fee.
If you’re at East coast, orders are usually delivered on Thursday or Friday, and If you’re at West coast, orders usually delivered on Wednesday or Thursday.


(POLICY FOR CLAIM)
In the most cases, plants and pottery will be delivered in good condition.
However, mishandled by carrier, extensive heat/cold, or delay can damage plants or pottery.
If you believe that your succulents may be dead or items damaged, please take clear photo of the dead plants or damaged items and send it to us within 24 hours of receiving the item. After we validate, we will send a replacement or refund. Failure to comply with one or more of these polices will mean we can no longer cover you.
We take full responsibility for any issues for 24 hours after plants or pottery are delivered.
The customer is responsible for any issue that happens after that.

(SPECIAL EVENT ORDER / BULK ORDER)
For special event bulk order, we suggest placing your order at least 2 weeks in advance.
Etsy allow us to change ship by date up to 21 days, so please don’t place order more than 3 weeks in advance.

Please leave a note in the personalization box, with “ARRIVE BY …”.
We can hold your order and plan the best time to ship out for a timely arrival by requested date. 
Please understand that we are not responsible for late arrival due to delays by mail carriers, so it is best to have your order arrive few days before your event to avoid any issues.

(SHIPPING FOR ALASKA, HAWAII AND PUERTO RICO)
We may ask you to upgrade your shipping method if you live in Hawaii and Alaska, Puerto Rico.

SUCCULENT CARE:
Water succulents every 7 - 15 days, letting the soil dry out completely in between waterings.
Bright, indirect sunlight is best, direct sunlight might cause some varieties of succulents to burn but some will be able to adjust and take full sun.
Succulents will need to adjust to their new environment, so keep watch and adjust watering & care accordingly.
