Vlad Dracula the Impaler Doll

Was there a real Count Dracula? According to historical records, there really was! I created this little miniature art doll inspired by Vlad lll ( Dracula) himself. He wears black boots, brown breech style pants, red shirt with large gold buttons , and brown fur trim. He also wears a pointed hat trimmed in silver beads and with gold star medallion, and he has soft , long black hair and for a finishing touch, he has his impaling spear- hopefully he won't have to use it!

This little character is a tiny 4 1/2 inches tall, (11.4 cm)

Vlad III, Prince of Wallachia (1431–1476), better known as Vlad the Impaler or simply known as Dracula, was a three-time Voivode of Wallachia, reigning mainly from 1456 to 1462.
Historically, Vlad III is famous for his resistance against the Ottoman Empire and for the gruesome impaling of enemies .Vlad III is also believed to have inspired the association of his name to that of the vampire Count Dracula in Bram Stoker's 1897 novel Dracula.
