Unless stated otherwise, I do exchange/refund orders. With ANY exchange or refund I request the item be shipped back to me BEFORE sending a replacement or refunding. The buyer is responsible for any returning fees through the delivery service. INSTANT DOWNLOADS: are available immediately after payment processing. You can find instructions at this link: https://www.etsy.com/help/article/3949. Please note, colors may differ from the image you see on a computer screen and any printed image. I DO NOT refund or exchange instant downloads.

DAMAGED ORDERS: Orders are packaged as securely as I can make them, however accidents do happen. If for some reason your item arrives damaged, please inform me by messaging through Etsy. In your message please explain as best as you can what is wrong with your item and supply a photograph of the damaged item. I will be happy to exchange or refund any damaged items once I have received the damaged item via FedEx, US mail or other delivery service. The buyer is responsible for any returning fees through the delivery service. Please remember that it will take some time for you to receive a replacement to your order once I have received the damaged item (see Shipping Policies).

STOLEN/LOST ORDERS: I DO NOT refund or replace stolen or lost items-please supply accurate shipping information at time of purchase and allow for the appropriate amount of time for you order to arrive.

Orders are shipped to the exact address provided to Etsy-check and double check to make sure there are no typos!

For US orders, please allow AT LEAST 10 DAYS for your order to arrive. During or near Holidays, please allow AT LEAST 14 DAYS for your order to arrive.

For orders outside of the US, please allow AT LEAST 3 WEEKS for your order to arrive. During or near Holidays, please allow AT LEAST 4 WEEKS for you order to arrive.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are marked as "merchandise" with accurate values of order, as it is illegal to do otherwise. The buyer is responsible for custom fees if applicable.

Files may not be shared (either by email, file sharing websites or by any other means), or given away as "freebies" or in give aways. Files are meant to be used by the purchaser only. Purchaser may print files to give away as gifts.

Any purchases from 3Evergreens may not be resold or copied.

Any purchases from 3Evergreens may not be used to create products meant for digital or physical sale under any circumstances.

Purchases may not be used in any website, banner, blog, logo, etc. Please do not upload the full-resolution file to any website or blog.

Purchase does not transfer rights. Copyright of designs remains with the artist. By purchasing this item, you have agreed to the full terms of use listed above.
