The little bag was made of combed Border Leicester locks on a thin layer of Merino-Corriedale batting, giving the piece an almost nuno-felted look and making it very lightweight. It features bone beads around the opening, and three feathers. The cord is fine handspun wool braided in a four-strand, chevron pattern. I am a fiber artist and each of my bags is conceived as a small work of art. This one would look smashing around the neck, but would also look nice hanging on the wall to hold small, precious items. It is 3.75" x 5".
