Hopelessly romantic blue velvet dress from the late 30's. Wonderfully fitted, nipped-in dropwaist and velvet buttons closing up the bodice. Slim sleeves with velvet button detailing and renaissance pointed wrist capture. Softly draped neckline. Gathered skirt with movement, perfect for midnight escapades or more sedate musings. Medival in nature.
