Roses are red, but they can be other colours too!

This little hare is made from from one piece of chunky 10mm thick clear float glass that has been cut to shape using a water jet cutting machine.

It has then been hand-printed in green glass enamel which is fired into place making it waterproof and resistant to sunlight. The roses have then been cast in glass powder, before being fused onto the hare. All my kiln-fired pieces are carefully digitally annealed and cooled for strength and safety.

They each measure -

Height - 100mm / 4 inches
Width - 70mm / 2 3/4 inches
Depth - 10mm / 3/8 inch
Weight - 100g / 3 1/2 oz

This listing is for the white rosebuds but I can list any colour roses you'd like, such as the ones in the second last image, just let me know.

Custom orders are welcome and most designs can be produced in various colours, so please convo to discuss any ideas you might have!

There are many other Hare designs available in my shop here -

This piece is unique and designed by me in my studio in Edinburgh, for a little taste of Scotland.
