This is a really unusual dress trim or applique dating to the 1910's. These were sold by the yard and attached with metallic net. You can see it on the bottom of the "tail" part of the applique. These have a jellyfish shape but can be turned anyway you wish. This was often used as insertion lace for the Edwardian gown bodices. Cotton and metall combination of thread. Great for an antique dress adornment or perfect on a hat or cloche. I do have more available so inquire if interested. Each one measures 7" tall by 4" wide. This listing is for 4 each.
