These handmade ceramic bowls is made of a stoneware clay and is wheel thrown in my own studio. They are glazed in a sea mist green glaze. It was fired to cone 10 in a reduction environment.

They are food safe, microwave and dishwasher safe as well. It can be used in the oven, but only if you put it in a cold oven and let warm up with the oven. This should be done with all ceramic pieces.

They are each 1.75 inches high and 5.5 and 6 inches across, respectively.
They hold 8 ounces.
The stack is 1 inches high.

They will hold about a cup of salad, soup, or cereal. You can use them for condiments at your
next get together. You could also use them in the kitchen as prep bowls. They are all purpose bowls and the uses are endless.

RAKU pieces are not FOOD SAFE or WATER TIGHT

Never leave lit candles unattended. Lanterns, votive holders, candle holders, luminaries will become hot after they have been lit for a while, even if they are electric.

Never take ceramics directly from the freezer or refrigerator to the oven. Always let the piece warm up in the oven during the preheating of the oven. Never put ceramics on an open flame.

Stoneware can be used in the microwave oven, but will absorb some heat. Use car when taking pieces out of the microwave.

Stoneware pieces are dishwasher safe. Handle them with care when washing to avoid chipping. Once a piece is chipped it is likely that a crack will develop as well, and should no longer be used to heat and serve food.
