Because the paper is coated on one side, the back side is neutral white, with some mottled red that bleeds through occasionally shown in fig#4. We're not sure what the red coating is, but it's definitely not colorfast, and can rub off. Each sheet is different and not at all consistent.
The Nature of Paper - Please Read:
Over time, these pieces may fade, yellow, curl & tear. These pieces can be recycled, ceremonially burnt or can be stored & preserved as a family keepsake. As you know paper typically does not like FIRE, WATER or Direct Sunlight - so please be careful where you put them to live.
