This Roslyn cup and saucer circa 1946-1950's is bute shaped with a nice loop handle with gilt decoration. Pattern is made of roses; and this piece is called Buckingham. There is very light gilt wear on handle of cup and a spec of gilt wear on the rims here and there. But nothing that would detract from its beauty! There are no chips, cracks or crazing.

Frequently asked questions about dwnmemorylnantiques

Yes. I will only gift wrap powder compacts and purses. Please let me know what the occasion is so I can select the right wrapping paper.
Please be careful when you remove the bubble wrap from your cup & saucer set! This is so not to break the delicate handle.
NEVER immerse your compact in water. Clean the outside with a damp cloth. DO NOT scratch off labels and residue from your compact! Use a drop of goo gone spray gel to remove it. DO NOT let the gel drip down when removing labels and residue from the mirror!
To clean the inside powder bed, remove any powder residue with either a dry Q-tip or a very soft toothbrush. DO NOT wet the powder bed!
Clean the mirror with any type of glass cleaner. Spray a little on a cloth and not directly onto the mirror. This will prevent getting anything behind the mirror, which could loosen it, as well as, ruin the reflective coating.
