Description

"China Post Colors" is about the true colors of China.

This professionally printed photographic memoir is from the "Nine: A Tour of China" series and is:

5x7"
Blank Inside Note Card
Frame Ready
My Image on the Front
My Personal Memoir on the Back
Printed on Archival, Linen Paper
With an Envelope Included
Wrapped carefully in Archival Plastic Wrapping
Shipped in a Sturdy Cardboard Mailer

Memoir on Back of Card says:
"Today is another day of rain outside, so we have our umbrellas as we spend the day walking the streets in Shanghai. As we approach the official postal service of the People’s Republic of China, I found myself drawn to a row of matching green bikes. Then I spot a China Post employee in a uniform in the exact same color green. I think he’s about to start his route, and I understand he won’t pick up mail addressed in red ink – which I find to be ironic since red is widely known as the color of China.

China Post - Shanghai, People’s Republic of China
April 2010"

Nine: A Tour of China series includes the photographic memoirs:
Head To Toe Pay Phone
Expectations
Buddhist Prayer
Yan'an Impressions
China Post Colors
