We love this fine antique diamond and platinum wedding set with superb estimated 1930's-1940's era styling. The set is crafted in 6.5 grams of bright white platinum and features a round brilliant cut measuring approximately 5.21 x 5.14 x 3.22 mm and weighing an estimated 0.53 carats. It's graded F color, I1 clarity, the cut is super and the stone is in the colorless range, so it is super white and has nice fire and brilliance. There are 32 channel set single cut diamonds, wonderful compliments, that fill out the piece. They weigh an estimated 0.27 carats combined, high grade stones graded H-J color, VS2-SI1 clarity on average. We noticed under 10x magnification that one of the tiny single cuts has a small abrasion in the table but it's not noticeable to the naked eye and is securely set. Total diamond weight for the piece is approximately 0.80 carats. The piece is in very good antique condition, with gorgeous detail throughout. We love the design of the piece, one of our favorite sets we've ever offered. The center square on the engagement ring measures 5.9 mm in diameter and elevation is 5.7 mm. The face of the band measures 3.8 mm and the back of the shank measures 1.8 mm. The face of the wedding band measures 3.4 x 14.3 mm and the back of the shank measures 1.1 mm. The rings are fitted for a size 6.75 finger and are sizable.

Included is an appraisal by an independent GIA graduate gemologist valuing the set at $3950.00.
