Michel Guerard's Cuisine Minceur was originally printed in France. This is the second printing published in the US of this delightful little cookbook. Michel Guerard is called "the inventor fo the revolutionary way to cook beautiful French food without the calories".....what a fabulous idea!!! He is a chef who has won honors that few chefs ever have. This paperback has 314 pages containing menus, methods, and notes for everything from soups to poultry & game to desserts.

Normal yellowing from age but in great condition! Binding is good, all pages intact with no rips or writing. Quite a unique reading cookbook as you learn how he developed this method with his wife at the French country spa they ran. He has been called "France's true pioneer of low-fat, high-pleasure cuisine".
