Alternating red and black plastic pony beads are inlaid on the front edge of this natural cowhide leather eyeglass case. The interior is lined with turquoise colored suede. The leather is left with its natural vegetable tanned color. A slight nudge and a magnetic closure snaps the case shut. Stitching is done by hand using artificial sinew.
This is one of the earliest examples of my eyeglass cases. It has been in storage for more than a decade and although unused it has markings on the exterior that give the case an aged look.
This case was designed to protect flat prescription glasses and will not accommodate curved or wraparound eyewear.
