I didn’t care for the Aida cloth. It seemed cheap. It arrived folded, not neatly rolled. It took a great deal of pressing by a hot steam iron to get the wrinkles out. There were small flaws in the 16 count weave. Luckily they aren’t in my center stitching area. I did not care for the “gray” mottled affect. It took several weeks to fill my order. I will not order again.

Very disappointed. Ordered and paid in 2/2/23. The ship by date came and went. Contacted the seller, apologized and said they are behind and will ship early the following week. Then they created a shipping label but the items were not shipped for days again. After about 5/6 weeks a partial order came. Why didn’t they advise that? Now it’s almost a week and after several messages, not one response. I requested a refund for the items I haven’t received as I purchased them elsewhere and already received them. I have never had a sad Etsy experience like this before.
