I created this printable Life Binder System, working as a professional organizer for over 15 years. It is hard to remember important details to run a household, manage finances, and plan life. That's why I created these templates for my clients to access information quickly.

This binder contains 67 pages of printable templates and tabs to create your own Life Binder/Household Organizer to track important information and tasks. It can be printed on any size paper. Choose your paper size and be sure to check off "Fit to Printing Area" on your settings. You can use it in a full size binder or a planner.

LIFE'S LISTS INSTANT FILE SYSTEM

I created this printable Instant Filing System with pre-labeled printable filing tabs, working as a professional organizer, to help my clients take the thought out of where their paper should go. Simply print the tabs, insert them in hanging files and you are ready to start filing! My 27 page guide explains what papers should be filed behind each tab and most importantly when they can be removed. (Note: These pages are for general advice. Always consult your tax preparer or lawyer if you are unsure about your individual circumstances)

You will receive the following:
• A printable PDF of my 27 page file card set with instructions on how to file your paper in each category
• 1 PDF pages with the pre-labeled corresponding file tabs for the system.

Each filing page contains a filing category, a what to file list, a when to toss list, a notes section and advice on making subfolders. The pages can be printed on card stock and inserted inside a hanging file for quick reference, printed on a letter size paper and glued to the front of the corresponding hanging file for faster reference, or just printed as a booklet to use as an index for your files.

You will also receive a PDF and Word document of the corresponding hanging file tabs you will need to create the system in your file cabinet. They are created in two sizes for small and large hanging file tab holders. They work with the AVERY 11136 and AVERY 11137 hanging file label kits or you can just print them on cardstock and use the guidelines to cut your own. I provided a Word document for each of these so you could further customize your labeling system should you find categories you need missing.

I created this printable Instant Tickler System with pre-labeled printable filing tabs, working as a professional organizer for over 15 years, to help my clients take the thought out of where their paper should go. Simply print the tabs (white cardstock suggested), insert them in hanging files and you are ready to start filing!

What is a tickler file? It is a set of folders, easily reachable, that you can access information quickly and file common papers away for reference or action. You can set up a tickler file anywhere that is easy to reach. In a file drawer, in a desktop file box, in a portable cardboard or plastic file box.

There are 5 different systems that can be used independently or as part of your filing system: Quick Portable File Tabs, Action & Productivity Tabs, A-Z tabs, Monthly Tabs and Daily tabs. Use this system with hanging files and 1/5 cut (2" x .5") clear hanging file tabs, available where most office supplies are sold.

This system is great if you want to manage daily papers and the tasks that result from them. I also included the Quick Portable File Tabs because I find them a great way to set up a fast file system for your most important documents.
