The breathtaking Bride In the Wind fingertip Veil (49x49) is a stunning alternative to several tiered and frilly veils. If a wedding is vintage themed but the bride wishes to discover a veil more unique and flattering than the popular birdcage models then this veil is perfect. Not only does the veil have five small clips (matching the brides hair color) so that it fits snuggly into the bride's hair, but it can also be draped over the brides head so that the tulle covers her face (see 3rd and image from the top). The clips allow the bride to wear her hair down and still have the veil stay firmly on her head, but if a bride is planning on wearing an up-do combs are available in replacement of the clips. Both styles of use are beautiful and innocent, very lovely.

WITH YOUR ORDER please provide your hair color (dark, medium, or light--so it can be custom made for you!) or clarify you'd like a comb instead of the clips, and a minimum of 3 weeks for shipping.

It also comes with a dainty little bag for storage after the wedding is over :)

It seems like brides either do not want a veil or they want the birdcage. For my wedding I wanted something classic and not too trendy. Birdcage veils are trendy and trendy styles go in and out and can easily pin point the time period--like the veils that were made in the 80's. Sorry but there's no hiding it. 80's veils are distinctly 80's veils. I wanted my wedding pictures to look timeless. So I found a bunch of boring veils that have a comb that you stick in an up-do and quite fankly make it look like wads of tulle are growing out of women's heads. Yikes! So I thought, "Maybe I just won't have a veil. They're expensive anyways." But I'd always wanted a veil! They're sweet and innocent looking. So I rolled up my sleeves and created a veil.

I was able to do so fairly inexpensively (compared to many other veil prices anyways) that I felt was the perfect balance of everything I wanted. And then I wanted to share it with all the other brides out there planning their weddings! I've been there. It's tough trying to find everything you want. And then you have to worry about prices and potential budgets. So I hope that this veil, "The Bride In the Wind," can help out a few other brides out there :)
