I LOVE my nanny binder!!! It has made my professional life so much more organized and has been very helpful in keeping myself and my my nanny family on the same page (lol sorry for the dad joke). I also really appreciate the tax section as it has helped me to track all my hours, expenses, etc all in one place. My favorite part are the calendar and daily logs, because my nanny family is VERY hands-on and always wants a detailed account of our days, and this makes it super easy for us to have a record and communicate even if we don't have a lot of time to catch up at the end of the day. Thank you so much Rainey for this binder, now that I have it, I don't know how I lived without it!!
All in all it’s a great item, especially if you track your taxes and income personally and are allowed to be a 1099. Here in FL, that’s not allowed so a lot of the pages, I’ve come to realize, we’re unnecessary for me. Personally I would have preferred that the activity planner be laminated as well for reuse or edits as well as the meal plans. But it’s been great so far and the family I work for has really appreciated it!
Very detailed! There is a forum for everything you could need when becoming a nanny. I will definitely use these guides for my contracts with nanny families that are soon to come. :)
